What do you actually see from here? Shuswap Lake, most of its width, with the far shore and the hills behind it. This is a lake-view lot, up on the hillside above Blind Bay rather than on the beach, which is what keeps the outlook this wide.

Then there is the simple reason most people come: the lake. The marina is 5 minutes from this lot. Boating, houseboating, swimming and the fishing on Shuswap Lake stop being holiday things and become weekday things. Golf is 10 minutes, the trails and pickleball courts are a walk, and skiing is about an hour and a half away in winter. Calgary is six and a half hours east on the Trans-Canada.
